Clients are seen by appointment only.
** Cancellation Policy **
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice. If you have to cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, the full amount for each service that was canceled.
Cancellations & "No Show" appointments cost our talented staff money. Clients who cancel or "No Show" appointments may be asked to prepay future services or reserve their next appointment with a credit card number.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
